Born in England, I spent most of my life studying, working, or living abroad. As a child, British boarding school taught me to play piano, dabble in drama, and love languages, including Latin, French, and German. I even survived the distinctly unladylike sport of lacrosse!
As a young adult, I worked in France and Belgium for an international organization, where I learned to communicate effectively in English, French, and German with colleagues from around the world.
After moving to the States, I worked in a number of different fields, including tour director for American tours in Europe, translator of foreign-language articles, top-selling product demonstrator, co-founder of a non-profit organization (my presentation helped convince a state governor to lift his veto!) and university study abroad director. I eventually settled in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where I work today as a voice actor and audiobook narrator.
Captivating listeners and keeping their attention is the hallmark of a good storyteller, and with my natural British voice I know just how to keep listeners tuned in to your message...
and I wouldn't want it any other way.
